Let us introduce you to our founder and experienced Physiotherapist in Paediatrics, With over 13 years in the field, Hardeep founded Power of Play Physio around her passion for individualised, excellent quality therapy and care, reflected through the services offered for children with complex needs.

She incorporates the latest therapy pathways and evidence-based practices into children’s everyday routines and play to help them reach their full potential. With her extensive experience and commitment to excellence, she is a valuable resource for families seeking care for their children.

As a former member of the NSW Australian Physiotherapy Association Paediatric National Group committee, Hardeep advocates for the paediatric Physiotherapy community. She is passionate about getting to know your child, you as a family, where you spend your time, and what is important to you, in order to maximise your child’s potential and participation across all of their environments.

For Hardeep, time outside of work is all about adventure! She’s an avid reader who loves getting lost in a good book, whether it’s at home or while enjoying a tranquil moment with a cup of coffee in her hand. Evenings are often spent sharing stories and laughter with her 2 kids and family.
